"I love eating bland foods, wasting my time in the gym, and not seeing any results."
Said no one ever.
In today’s digital world, information has never been so abundant.
We have all the tools and resources we could ever need to learn everything about anything… which is great, but what I’ve noticed recently is that it seems to be doing more harm than good.
The information overload has created what I call DTMS…
…. “Doing Too Much Syndrome“.
And it’s very prominent in the fitness space.
Most online fitness resources are overly-complicated while promising you a get-fit-quick approach that quickly fails within the first few weeks. The people behind them have good intentions, but unfortunately the advice given isn’t all that practical in real life.
We have jobs and kids and hobbies and friends and significant others and Netflix shows to binge on and [insert other stuff you do on your spare time].
My point is, going to the gym every day or cooking every meal we eat ain’t all that realistic. It’s why most people fall off the fitness wagon and never see any results. And then it becomes an endless cycle that always repeats itself.
If you’ve been trying to get in shape for longer than a year now, then you know what I’m talking about.
So the approach I take is different — which you’ll soon find out as you take a look around.
If you’re new here, start with my the free articles and guides I’ve written throughout the last 10+ years. I’ve been told some of them are better (and more helpful) than a lot of stuff people pay for out there.
Finally, if you’re in search of a new workout regimen, I’ve created a few programs that have been tried, tested, and proven to work by hundreds of customers all over the world. They’re designed around the concept of “achieve more by doing less” . That way, anyone can get results with them.
Anyway, I’m glad to have you here.
