I get it… you don’t know me. I don’t know you.

But hear me out real quicklike.

The so-called *Health and Fitness* space is a massive cluster fk of smoke, mirrors, lies, and supplement pimps wanting to drain your wallet month after month.

Most people don’t care whether or not you do something with their programs or supplements. In fact, many of them don’t even reply to their support emails.

(Yes, I’ve had people write to me saying “I bought so-and-so’s program, but they’re no help, and I’m desperate, and you reply!”)

I’m not saying I want to offer support for someone else’s products… but you get the gist.

I could say I am different, but that probably doesn’t mean anything to you.

In fact, you’re probably wondering when the big ole greasy sales pitch for my new line of whey protein is coming.

You won’t know unless you fill out the form and feel me out. If you don’t dig what I send out, you can unsubscribe at any time.

I won’t be mad.

But don’t take my word for it.

My writing is actionable. It’s relatable.
