You know, so you can still eat all your favorite foods while making progress at the same time.
(I also give you a breakdown of your estimated daily calorie and protein requirements so you have those numbers in the back of your mind.)
But keep in mind, this is NOT a pre-written meal plan. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter meal plans because they’re NOT effective at teaching you the skills you need long term to maintain a healthy diet.
We will work together to determine which foods you need to eat to hit your nutritional goals on a regular basis.

As a coach, itâs imperative for me to make sure that everything youâre doing leads to success.
To help make your life easier, all your workouts will be readily available on some form of technology that we agree on. It could be a spreadsheet in the cloud or a tracking app (I use a variety of tools). We’ll track your workouts, as well as your body measurements every couple weeks.
The cool thing is that I get to see everything you log on a regular basis. If I see that you’re not doing your workouts, you can bet that you’ll be hearing from me.
I get messages on social media and my email all the time, but as a client, you get VIP status. Seriously.Â

This is me giving you a fitness plan tailored specifically for YOU so you can one day finally have your own “before & after” pictures, while keeping the process as simple as possible.
Itâs different than anything else out there because:
1) This is for “average Joe’s and Jane’s” who want to make fitness work in real life.
Sorry, but my specialty is in helping “regular people”, not athletes who are already lean and strong.
So if you’re looking to train for a bodybuilding show… a Powerlifting meet… an obstacle course… or a marathon…. then I’m afraid I’m not the right person for you.
On the other hand, if all you care about is getting stronger, feeling better, and looking great naked WITHOUT making fitness a full-time job, then you’re my type of guy/gal.
2) The focus is on speed and simplicity.
This means we’ll get you results as fast as possible, but at the same time, you don’t have to worry about doing anything extreme.
I know, it sounds very different from what you’re used to hearing. But the truth is, you’ll actually make MORE progress by focusing on FEWER things.
Which brings me to number three…
3) Unrealistic methods get thrown in the garbage.
You’re here because you’ve tried other things in the past that didn’t work or weren’t sustainable.
Luckily for you, I’m all about practicality.
All the theory and short-term fixes you’ve tried sounded great… until you tried them and fell off the wagon a couple weeks later. Maybe it was that one fad diet that said you had to give up carbs and sugar. Or that one training program that made you go to the gym every day of the week.
There’s none of that here.
Iâm not gonna make you do things that aren’t sustainable.
With me, itâs all about optimizing what works and being practical.
Your fitness program will revolve around you. Not the other way around.
If you were to train with me in real life, one session will cost you $90 an hour. And while I promise you’d have a kick ass workouts and see results in no time, that does add up fast. With other trainers at your local gym, you’re probably looking at similar rates.
Three times a week at that hourly rate is over $1,000 a month.
It’s not exactly chump change and I’ll be the first to admit that.
However, working with me online is much, much less.
It’s an all-inclusive rate of just $399 USD/mo for 3 months â which works out to just $100 a week.
I don’t require it, but I work off a THREE MONTH MINIMUM expectation. Here’s what that means: although I don’t require payment upfront for all 3 months, I do expect that you put in the work for at least that long.
Why three months? For one, anyone who promises radical changes in your physique in less than 90 days is selling snake oil. They’re frauds, and you can tell them I said so.
I want you to experience life-changing results â and that doesn’t happen until at least the 8-10 week point. But it usually takes longer.
Sorry if that sounds depressing but it’s the truth. My program isn’t for people who are looking for quick fixes, because there are none.
Real results require consistent effort over an extended period of time.
Next, I need three months because we cover a LOT in those 90 days: get you set up on a training and nutrition plan, teach you how to simplify your fitness, and hold you accountable the whole time

It’s recommended, but not required. If you have a home gym with dumbbells and barbells, you are still eligible. I will design the workouts around the equipment that you have.
