On Cardio and Boredom

If you are like me, once you hear the word cardio you sort of cringe and dreaded thoughts enter your psyche. I am not against cardio by any means but am not very fond of the traditional treadmill/jogging approach. The main reason is because I hate running for long periods in any form or fashion, especially inside of four concrete walls.

The first time I got really lean, I became obsessed with running. Some would say I was addicted to the runners high but my addiction stemmed from seeing a full row of abs and veins in the mirror every morning.
