My name is JC Deen. I'm a fitness coach, and Certified Southern Gent.
I’ve been around athletics, training, and some sort of fitness-related activity my entire life, since about the age of 8. I have a deep understanding of the psychological concepts revolving around strength training, and fat loss, and am more than qualified to guide you as I have many others in this journey.
If you need images of me to 'prove' that I know my stuff, see the pictures below. For what it's worth, I'm 5'8" on a good day, and normally maintain around 180-190 pounds depending on my activity level and calorie intake.
I am a big believer in having fun with your training and making this fitness thing a lifestyle, not a weekend retreat.
Before I can agree to accept you, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have previous weight training experience (at least 1 year)
- Must be familiar with all the major movements (squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, and variations)
- Be 18 or older
- Have no current injuries that keep you from training with full intensity
- Have no major metabolic issues or diseases
- have 3-5 days per week in which you can commit an hour to training
