		<description>I am a 32 year old mother of one. I lift weights, do cardio six days a week and I used to count calories. Before I started eating clean I was eating 1200-1400 calories and day and not losing any weight or inches. I weighed and measured myself daily. Since eating clean, the pounds and inches have been melting off and I feel better than ever. I am no longer tired or hungry all the time. I get to eat way more than I was before and don&#039;t feel the need to binge or cheat because I am never hungry anymore. I don&#039;t feel obsessed about food anymore and I still go out to eat with friends. There are lots of healthy choices at almost every restaurant now. Eating clean does allow for those unclean foods, just in moderation. I also eat pizza, baked ziti, lasagna, spaghetti, cake and ice cream. I use clean ingredients and it tastes delicious!</description>
