JC and RogLaw Podcast Episode 2

Hey everyone, Roger and I have just finished with our second podcast.

In today’s talk we cover

  1. How to maintain muscle while dieting
  2. Program design and modifications for the individual
  3. How to break through strength training plateaus
  4. What music we chill and lift to…

Also – if you have any ideas for the name of our podcast, or want to help us come up with some cover art – feel free to share your ideas with us!

I think I’ve set up the feed on iTunes correctly and it should be available in a day or so.

  1. Jeremy says:

Man, I listen to all the music you guys do!

Especially the Lunar Silver Star and game OSTs!

Roger has my respect for that! haha

  2. Alan Aragon says:

    Great work, bros!

  3. Dexter Morgan says:

JC and Rog, thanks for the podcast. I listened while baking an awesome protein cheesecake, it was a perfect combo :)

Sometimes it’s really nice to hear actually hear the people talk about stuff like this instead of reading and reading, gives it a more personal touch. Keep it up!

    • JC Deen says:

thanks, Dexter – it’s actually why we started to do this. people said they wanted to hear my thick southern accent, so we gave it to them!

  4. Patrick says:

    Again – Great stuff guys.

I would say that since 5-6 months my training look like as what you said, and that’s true about the mobility stuff.
again cool stuff and thanks for sharing it with us.
