However, I feel you could put the &quot;progress&quot; part of the (progress in the big compounds + food = swole) equation in all caps and bold, figuratively speaking; you only dedicate one sentence to the most important thing, that you gotta add weight. And we know how people tend to focus on exercise selection, total volumen etc., and forget about just adding two small black plates every workout.</description>
