First of all, I did the program and that is without ANY biotest supplements at all (Only ON Whey). My shoulder press increased about 20 lbs from 145 to 165x3 and my bench another further from 225x1 to 245x3. No noticeable squat gains. Gained a massive 19 lbs from 176 to 195 while going up only 1% from 12% to 13% bodyfat. I did the program for 13 weeks.

I can not comment on the ANACONDA. Perhaps I'd have made much more massive gains using the protocol, and everything else would've skyrocketed as well, but even without the supplement program, the IBB works as a training system. Prior to this I was doing 5/3/1, which yielded much inferior results than IBB.

That's my 2 cents here.

it wasn't derogatory. at 155lbs you're much further from your genetic limit than you would be if you started heavier. that's why it doesn't surprise me.

What is your point that I started at 155 lbs? It took me a long time to get to 155 lbs with everything else I tried. I was 135 lbs out of hs and it took lots of training to even get to 155.
