		<description>I&#039;m doing all that but I wasn&#039;t eating enough carbs from the sounds of it.  I&#039;ll have to add some back in.  But JC, can you agree that building a more ample behind is partly genetics?  I mean, my butt is looking better but it will never, ever look like the more curvier celebs - J Lo, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, etc.  I just wasn&#039;t designed that way, lol.  I&#039;m more into getting it firmer than being apple-shaped - but that&#039;s me.  No woman wants to have her ass jiggling when she walks particularly if she&#039;s in a swimsuit.  I&#039;d rather have a smaller, tighter tush than a bigger, flabby one any day of the week.</description>

		<description>Deadlifts and squats are definitely the way to go. I&#039;m a fan of any woman who&#039;s willing to do some real exercise as opposed to using machines and following gimmicky routines. 

Eat some grass fed or free range meat on a regular basis along with the squats and deadlifts and the nice round butt will come. :)</description>
