		<description>Great post.  Currently, I am finishing up New Rules for Lifting for Women and then on to Starting Strength.  Goals during SS include 10 chin ups, 1.25x body weight squat and 1.6 x body weight deadlift, both for 5 reps.  For body comp, I am happy with maintaining with carb cycling, which is great.</description>
